Mobile Sewer Line Replacement (sewerlinereplacementmobile.site) is a referral service for sewer line replacement and repair in Mobile, AL. What we collect
- Quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need and a short note about the problem. The form only goes through after you tick the box agreeing that we may pass the request on.
- Phone calls: once the site shows a phone number, calls run through a call-tracking service that logs the number you call from and the time and length of the call, and the call may be recorded. If nobody can pick up, an automated assistant may answer; it tells you it is automated at the start of the call.

Why we use it and who gets it

After that, the contractor handles your details under their own privacy practices.
A few service providers handle the details on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and form delivery), our email provider, and, when calls are tracked, the call-tracking and call-answering services. We don't sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Form requests and call records are kept for up to two years, so we can answer questions about a referral, and then deleted. Ask and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Email info@sewerlinereplacementmobile.site to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Tell the contractor directly if you'd like them to stop contacting you. Some states give residents further privacy rights; we honor those requests too. If you're unhappy with how we handled your details, write to the same address first, and you can also complain to the Alabama Attorney General or your own state's consumer protection office.
